Rhodes Pickups - Specifications?

Hi, I am hoping to wind some Rhodes pickups.

I've seen some information online:

Rhodes Mark 1:

Alnico 5 magnets
1/2" long magnet (earlier ones were 1" long)
Resistance 170 - 190 ohms

Are these correct?

Does anyone know the following:

Number of turns
AWG
Diameter of magnet

If anyone has specifications for pickups from any era it would be great to compile

Thanks!
Justin

Thanks, very interesting! All spec items noted!

Has anyone made a jig to fit the pickups on a winder?

Thanks Peter,

That was very helpful, the photos (& text) explain all the principles and I've started mine now. Very impressive result from how he did it.

I also found this with some useful stuff from Shadetree Keys amongst others:

Does anyone know the dimensions of the Rhodes pickup bobbin? I want to make some and don't really want to butcher a working one for science.
Alternatively anyone in the UK have a dead pickup I could buy?
I hope you don't mind me posting this on this post but I think it ties in with spec.
