Viscount home digital piano- stopped working (Not mine)

Does anyone here know anything about Viscount home digital pianos?
My sister bought one a few years ago despite me begging her to buy a Yamaha, or other decent brand.
She called me today and said it stopped working and has all kinds of strange messages on the screen. I told her to unplug it overnight and see what happens tomorrow.
My guess is that her toddler grandson did something to it -like spilled a drink, or stuck something into an opening....

It could be the internal battery (Usually a cr2032 or the likes).  I've seen some synths go completely wonky when the battery dies.

Cool- I will check into that. I never would have thought about that.
Does anyone know where the battery should be? Is a major tear down needed to access it?

My sister unplugged the Viscount overnight and it partially works today, but only the piano sound. I will look for a battery in it soon.

Went to my sister's, replaced the battery, and it's no different. It's toast
