Hi.
www.caesound.com have powerboxes to power up the Rhodes suitcase preamp. They have both 4-pin and 5-pin versions, and 110/220v versions. I have a 5-pin version, and I have never had any problems with it.
You can find them on Ebay as well.

Dear Paul.
Now that you know the names of the parts supplier please visit their websites and check the prices. Keep in mind that you will need a PSU with the right primary voltage, US has 115 volts, Australia 240 volts, I think.
