Title: Can someone post dimensions of a Wurlitzer 112 leg?
Post by: leanbow on October 07, 2016, 11:36:17 PM
I am thinking of having someone just fabricate a few for me locally. Thinking: Length from shoulder/top to end, diameter at top and diameter at bottom would be great. I imagine the thread for the bolt on top is the same as the more common chrome legs for the 200's as they are advertised as universal. My research has come up with none available but I would be glad to hear if there is a better way...

I don't check this board too often but funny to see a 112 question at the top of the heap when I have questions too...

Here are the leg dimensions

Length: 25 & 1/8". There is a glide at the bottom which makes up that extra 1/8".
Top width: 1 & 3/4"
Bottom width: 11/16"
The threaded stock at the top is about 3/8" tall.

I'm 90% sure that all Wurlitzer legs (this style) are the same size...if so, you can buy replacements.

Thank you both for the help.
I found a leg on amazon for $8 that when shortened came very close to original measurements you gave me.

The Hanger bolts (top of the legs that go in to the brackets on the case) are 3/8"-16

Steveo - it helped to know that they are all the same as I had some 200 series legs and they were very close and good for testing and comparing.

I will add some shots of the parts in case someone else wants to travel this path. I am trying to save money on this project as my starting point 112 has been picked over for parts and is definitely not a good financial decision.
