I'm working on retolexing my 54 and I thought I'd share a tolex parts layout pic. All the parts of 54 will quite easily fit in 3 yards (275cm). The measurement tape is stopped at 275cm, so even 260cm might be enough. Just make no mistakes!

EDIT: actually two of those sides in that pic are upside down. It'll still fit.
