Just got a 206A - need vibrato and line out parts list

Just traded for a 206a and want to add vibrato and line out.   The current kit is out of stock @ VV but even before seeing that it had me wondering what all could be in the kit to merit the $115?   Is there a parts list around that will give me the parts (resistors, caps, pots) and values needed?

There are instructions on VV's website, but you'll have to cross-reference the schematic for component values, etc. The LED LDR may be tough to source.

I have this, but am traveling and won't be home for another week or two. I'll see if I can post it by next Thursday or Friday. I'll have a few days at home between trips.
