Comcast Protected Browsing Issue

   we were recently made aware of an issue with US Comcast Xfinity customers using the "protected browsing" feature on their broadband service. It resulted in blocking of the site based on mis-categorisation of the site as containing inappropriate content. I don't know what caused that categorisation but it was completely wrong and in no way representative of the site we run.

I did some checks and discovered that Comcast uses a company called Zvelo to provide this enhanced protection and that they are prone to false positives on occasion even one time blocking Paypal. Thankfully we managed to submit clarifications to Zvelo and got this block removed today.
