headphone buzz

Hello,
My 4 pin suitcase sounds well.
Except when I use headphones. Then  there is an annoying buzz coming through on both ears.
It's fix volume buzz in the background. The resistors on the switching jack read OK.

When I take it out of the chassis, the buzzing stops, but the signal gets mono and way less volume.
Especially when I turn off the vibrato.


I will turn all my mountains into rhodes.
