Pre-amp output problem when recording. Need help
« on: September 23, 2021, 09:27:05 PM »
Hi everyone, I just bought myself a 77'-73 suitcase. I tried recording through the pre-amp outputs but didn't get any sound.
I connected the pre-amp output on the side of the suitcase amp to the input on the audio interface/mixer. I'm sure the cable and devices are working fine.
Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks!

1.have you tried to connect the 2 jacks of external amp located next to the power cable?
2.did you hear any sound from headphone jack?

Hi .-)

The 2 jacks on the front panel are the effects loop (top = send, bottom = return), not the outputs.

The 'external amp' jacks located on the cabinet can be used as outputs.
