Casio Privia PX-1000 issue

Hey guys. New here. I'm a professional repair tech but complex electronics are not my speciality. I figured I might get some insight.

When I plug a quarter inch into the L Mono of the keyboard, I still get no signal through the amp. I can only organically get something through the speakers. Tips on how to fix?

It is no longer under warranty. Thanks for the help!
