Has anyone tried the Effectrode Delta-trem as a pre amp?

The effectrode delta-trem provides a two valve pre amp with a stereo output for panned tremolo fx. On paper it looks exceptional but I can't find any piano examples or reviews. Has anyone tried one?

The first two soundcloud examples on the product page are electric piano (at least when I call up the examples): "Preludio in Do min" and "Observing the sounds of the world".

Yes, that's true, but not a Rhodes. Plus, who knows how well the recording was improved in the recording. Ideally I'm looking for a 'tremolo suitcase' solution with a pedal and small amp and cab. I've used effectrode pedals in the past on the guitar. The tube vibe pedal (a univibe affair) without any effect produced a remarkable Fender amp tone preamp. While it lacks EQ, the preamp should provide warmth and drive when pushed.
