New Vintage Vibe damper getting stuck

Hello, I have a recent (probably within the last 3 years) Vintage Vibe that is having a stuck damper. It will play great for an hour, until suddenly the damper will not release (all notes stuck). I took it off it's stand, and even on the piano bench (with no damper rod), the notes were stuck. I am still in a first year warranty with my instrument shop so I may just use them to help me, but I might prefer not having to ship this to New Jersey (I'm in Nashville), and I'm not totally great with my hands.
