dead KORG SP 200

Hallo!

I need some information about KORG SP-200  made 2004.
There is a problem with this instrument and I hope You help me with some advice.  

The problem is: - All LEDs on the keyboard lights, no sound.

I`ve test the values of the 5 V and the 9 V on the power plate. It`s OK. The 5 V on the IC 13 is OK.

The values on the diodes of eny of the keys change  from 1.21 V to 0.61 V when it is pushed.

The values on IC 3 are 5 V - pin 1  and 3.3 V - pin 3.

i don't know if you'll get much help here, all our keyboards don't have that much electronics going on in dem.
