I'm hoping to bring a Rhodes suitcase piano and amp to the UK from the US.  Wondering if there is a kit to convert it to 230V, 50Hz, or a kit to install a variable input power supply.  Anyone know the best way to work this?

Maplin sell adapters. Very cheap. £25 or so.

i modified a US suitcase to work in australia.
we work on 240volts 50Hz here. i think the same mod may work for you?

if you check out the service manual on the super site there is a scematics section. you'll notice that the Mk 2 suitcase scematics include export version transformer wiring.
the Mk 1 scematic doesn't have this but you can mod it by taking the four wires that come from the transformer and joining the two that are coming from the middle to each other instead of what they were connected to.
. This changes the resistance or something.
be careful though. don't die.
