Toner bar replating

I´ve a question.
Speakeasy Vintage Music is now offering a Rhodes tonebar replating service with two options: original zinc yellow or nickel chrome.
Which is the better?

(P.D. The nickel chrome is more expensive)

Chrome is a more durable finish, as for tonal properties I wouldnt think it makes a lot of difference. The original looks like a Gold pasivate to me? Any old platers could do this for you a lot cheeper I would have thought but there is a worry they may loose a tone bar !!!!
