the power light on thr keyboard of my suitcase fluctuates, and when it does that the sound distorts as it goes 'in and out'. is this a fuse problem?

The LED power indicator on the front of the suitcase is connected to the  negative 15DC volt power supply which is supplied through pin 2 of the connector from the power amplifier (see schematics on the Super Site). When this light goes off, it is a sign that the preamplifier circuit is not receiving the negative 15V supply, resulting in distortion. If you are an experienced technician, this should be an easy problem to locate and repair using a simple DC voltmeter. If not, you will need to take the instrument to a good technician for repair. I would suspect that the problem is in your cable, although it could be a bad connection in your lower cabinet or in the preamplifier that is located in the keyboard section itself.
