Hi all out there!

Nice to be here for real now, though It's not the first time I visit this forum. In over one year I've been reading alot of nice threads learning about this instrument helping me finding the right type suiting me.

Yesterday I bought my first Rhodes at last.
A MkII Stage 73 with wooden keys in good condition.

Who am I then?

I'm a musician mostly working since over 10 years with vintage influenced minimalistic electronic music mostly made with older analogue synthesizers. This is, you might think, straight against todays totally portable software/computer based produced music. For me using real hardware really puts me in a wider perspective of inspiration. Each unit has It's own personality, built in limitations and direct contact that allows me to land in many interesting scenarious of musical exploration...

The Rhodes Electric Piano is also definetely one of those instruments I really have been longing to use in my music for a long time.

Congrats and welcome!  MkII is a great model purchase.  I prefer it to my MK I.  But that's like comparing two great works of art I guess... See ya around!
