moving tonebar assemblies

hi!

another question from one that is trying to get the desired tone out of new bought rhodes 73 mk1 ....

the tonebarassemblies are quite considerably moving from left to right and backwards... so there are not staying in a neutral posiiton... i think this is affecting sustain quite a bit... foremost on the highe notes.

my question: is this fixed by installing new grommets?

Yes, new grommets will greatly improve tonebar stability and straightness.
