¿Is this a suitcase or a stage with janus I system?

Hi,

I am buying this rhodes. It has the legs and the sustain pedal, but it looks like a suitcase.
Is  a stage with Janus I system? is this a mod suitcase?
Look at the strange jack on the left side (for diret power) and the extra 1/4" jack...

If it has legs and leg flanges in the bottom of the cabinet, it is most likely a Janus 1 Rhodes.

How you can tell for sure is that the thickness of the stage and suitcase tolex cabinets are different.  Stages are thicker to be able to support leg flanges.

The very front of the piano case should measure 2 inches from bottom to the start of keys(sorry don't know cm) for a suitcase, and 2 1/2 inches from bottom of case to the keys on stages.

That's obviously a custom job! It looks as if someone may have added an input for a 9V power supply so that you can use the Suitcase Vibrato & EQ without the 5-pin cable. It may have been a Stage Piano upgraded with the Janus I System at one time, but without the speakers the electronics don't work.  You would need the extra power supply to get it to function.

this is an stage with the janus system+a custom shop (very poor and doesn´t work) for the power supply.
I'll get an external one
