Roland Cube Anyone......listen to this cat

[Rhodestech Robocop]

I stumbled on this video of a client of mine on Youtube.

I know he plays with 2  (for stereo possibilities)  old grey Roland cubes which can be bought relatively cheap second hand.  
Its a straightforward transistoramp , nothing special.
Somehow he tweaks it into something with a sweet tone.
