(Gibson) Maestro EP on ebay; Is Denon Elepian from same mfg?

And now a Maestro electric piano on ebay:

Exactly how closely related are these to the Denon Elepian? Both the Maestro and the Elepian were made in Japan. Did the same manufacturer or factory make them both?

the denon / columbia elepian and the maestro have got the same mechanic.
but no preamp or amp in the elepian just a passive tone eq and volume

surely the same manufacturer for the mechanic but as I know
gibson did the design and assembly of the maestro for the american market
