Hey guys,

I saw an ad for this Rhodes piano and I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the model, year, and a ballpark fair asking price.
Sorry for the crappy picture.
Thanks in advance.

I would say stay away from it. It's not a real Rhodes (It's totally electronic)
1960 Wurlitzer model 700 EP
1968 Gibson G101 Combo organ
1975 Rhodes Piano Bass
1979 Wurlitzer 206A EP
2009 73A Rhodes Mark 7
2009 Korg SV-1 73
2017 Yamaha P255
2020 Kawai CA99
....and a few guitars...

It is, however, renowned for its great action and it makes a great midi controller for piano and electric piano sounds...but it's no Rhodes!

1966 Fender BandMaster Blackface
1955 Hammond M3
1966 Wurlitzer 140B
Yamaha Motif 6
Nord Lead 3
Casio CDP-100 (pretty good Rhodes sound!)

wow i have never seen anything like that. that is beautiful.

contrary to the gentelman above, this is a "Rhodes". Just not a the Electro-mechanical model.

i dont think its a "Chroma". I dont think its even listed in the Models section of this site.

I say buy it and sit on it for a while.
I have no say in this event, but i i would ask $200 starting offer.

what is it listed as? a criagslist posted?

This is a Roland marketed under the Rhodes name after Roland acquired the naming rights in 1987. This has NOTHING to do with the Rhodes we talk about on this site and that's why it's not in the models section.
