After cleaning it's look ok now.

Cobo with suitcase is sound more darker than JC120 (but it's look good)

Now...here is the question...after I have check all detail of both units it's seems that the new one have bigger knob than the old one and the name rail also have a diff texture as well anybody have info about this?
Here is the knob picture...

It may be that the used different knobs on some of the Mark Vs.. I know I had a Mark V in at a time  that had bigger knobs than the usual ones... I have a picture of it some place... I'll try to find it...

interesting - it's obviously the same make of knob but the smaller was definitely the original intended... with the hash markings on the rail.

Thanks for that

Has anybody noticed that the two left-hand knobs on the new Roland V-Piano look a little like the Mark V's? not to mention the overall raised profile?

I think the Roland V piano knob look like cone shape but Mk V look like cylinder shape. At first I didn't notice this point but after I've part out for cleaning some detail pop up.
