Output only on Left channel. Vibrato in mono...

I have a 73 Suitcase, with 5 pin connector made in 1979.  Currently, there is only speaker output on the left side, which on turn causes the vibrato to be only a tremolo effect.  Also, when headphones are plugged into the amp, again only output on left channel.  Input into the power amp only gets a signal on "B" channel..   Any advice?

Problem was a bad fuse.  Duh.  Last thing I checked.  Just some advice, there are two 4A glass fuses for the speakers...
