Rhodes and Fender/Rhodes..is there a difference?

I have a Rhodes Seventy-Three Mark 1 but i see everyone refer to it as a Fender/Rhodes and while it looks identical mine doesnt say fender/rhodes on the front only Rhodes.  Is there a difference?  thnx in advance for the help

i found my answer.  after looking on the web for over an hour i found my answer immediately after that post lol.  please kill this string webmaster.
