Shipping a Fender Rhodes Overseas..

Next year I will be moving overseas to Australia from New Zealand (no they are not the same country!) and I will be taking my rhodes and upright piano. I was wondering what is the deal with moving such instruments overseas. what is the chance of damage and is the moisture of the ship likely to affect either instrument?

haha yeah man I'm moving to Melbourne from Auckland. I guess I've always liked Melbourne and the music schools in Melbourne are far better than Auckland which is really my main motivation for leaving. Plus I've heard really good stuff about the scene in Melbourne. Furthermore it is a city of four million over a country of four million.. You work in a studio? Do you have any good rhodes contacts in Melbourne?
