The Jamiroquai thread

Not much action around here. Most of us know Jamiroquai, I think. They were my first contact to the Rhodes piano. I didn't even know what it was when I started to listen to their music.

They have had at least two keyboardists (the first being Toby Smith), three bassists, etc. Their sound has changed. Lately, they don't seem very active. Their last album was released in 2005, and Jay Kay doesn't seem to be in very good shape.

Let's get started. Here's a link to watch one of their concerts. It occurred in 2008, at the Super Bock Super Rock music festival @ Porto, here in Portugal. It wasn't their best concert, but it's still very good.

I hope we can discuss the band and their music and post some reviews, or videos.

I recently got that DVD, but I haven't watched it yet. I'm excited about it, though.

That's a nice version, but it sounds a lot better on the Space Cowboy album.
