I'm not sure who it is, but he is definitely a vintage keyboard collector/dealer/seller of some kind.  The user ID is familiar.

This is the seller that has sky high buy it now prices, but offers a "rebate" of ~$200 if you pay with paypal.  I cannot imagine why.

Seems like a reasonable seller otherwise.  He shows very detailed photos.

His "view seller's other items" is always fascinating.
