There was one on ebay a few months ago. It was just like a fiesta bass, but had brown tolex and a white top.  I don't know why I didn't save the photos.  Did anyone here see it and save those pics?

I didn't see it, but I was wondering how you save an ebay listing. I used to save the interesting ones, but since ebay changed their site about a year ago, the pages don't save. Well, it'll save, but if you try to view it offline (or after ebay has removed the listing) you'll get a 'page not found'.

I don't know how to do it either.  I used to do it,but you are right...if you view it offline, it won't work.  If its something really cool, I print off the whole page or if I just want the pics as in the auction I was talking about above, I just right click on the photos I want and save them to my hard drive.

You should be able to see the old listing if you click on advanced search, near the entry bar.

In the options of advanced search there is a tick box marked "completed auctions or listings" tick that and specify the date times then click search at the bottom.

Fingers crossed we'll find it..

 Woah, nice job bjam! I've never seen one before. Did you by any chance save the listing & do you know how much it sold for?

For future reference, you can right click on a picture on an ebay listing and save it to my pictures forever. It wont save the whole listing, just the photos.

Cool, I think I'll start doing that. I also found a nifty program called CaptureIt which will save an image of any window you point to (it scrolls all the way down).

I save alot of photos from ebay...just by right clicking on it.  I just didn't for some reason on this auction.  I think it has to do with me not wanting to buy it,but knowing that I would look at the pictures alot and make me wish I'd bought it.  As I remember, it went for pretty fair money..like $1400 or something maybe....I know..that's alot, but you don't see ones with white tops often.  I knew I wanted a gold one and that's what I was holding out for....thank goodness I did!
