adding phaser to wurli 200a?

I saw at Vintage Vibe that they modified someone's piano to include an on-board phaser and added another knob next to the tremolo knob to control the speed, etc. I really like this idea and was curious how this might be accomplished..Anyone here done that and can give me some info?
