I don't remember what that was. Was that a Radio Shack product?

Wow. I worked in a Tandy service center for 9 years and do not remember this item at all. I repaired keyboards among other things....

Yes. It was my very first combo bought at the local Radio Shack. It had a pretty cool sound really, very much like a Farfisa. The PCB's are all marked, "Made in Italy." This link has some nice photos. I can't actually get in touch with the folks who are "selling" it :(
