200a headphone out distorted and low volume

Hey guys,

I recently started having trouble with my 200a's headphone out and internal speakers.  I'm only getting a very low, very distorted sound from both.  Oddly enough the aux out works perfect.  I am horrible with electronics so ANY help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks guys!

check the fuses, thats it

be careful, the fuses are short for a reason, the voltage regulator may be outputting wrong values, so dont bridge them but get them properly replaced instead
