Keys collide with cover on release

I've got a 200 where the black case cover is kind of bowed-out in the middle, and encroaches a bit into the key bed.  Perhaps from a heavy keyboard sitting on top of it over time?

When you hit a key its fine, but on release the sharp keys return and hit against the cover right by the rail felt, making a knocking sound.  When I push in the face plate or just push back the case in general, it goes away.  So it's like the case is naturally flexed too far over the keys.

Any ideas on how to get the cover to flex back a little?

The harp cover? What about shimming it with felt? Would that help?  Or do you mean the front keyslip that is built into the case? That would have to be sanded or trimmed somehow....

Sorry yes the Harp cover.  below the knobs basically, that rail that goes across the keys is flexed too far out towards the player, and encroaches on the black keys.  So when they recoil they hit the case.  If I physically push the case in it goes away but I don't know how you could possibly flex that back?  As you know there isn't really any room to slide the whole thing back, with the wrap-around front keyslip.

The music rack mounting fixtures are to low. there's a top nut that you wold use to screw the music rack into and an adjustment nut for the height. Remove them from the piano and adjust to sit higher. When you reinstall the lid and screw it down the bow thats hitting sharp keys should clear
Good luck
