Hi there,

I am new here and working on bringing my Rhodes 88 back to life.

The damper bar is missing and the only part of the sustain function included is the wood rod and pedal, which are working fine. Nothing else is there.

If you have a damper bar complete with screws + all the other missing accessories for sale, please contact me at benedetti at verizon dot net

I am in NY area.

Thanks for the help.

Hi rhodes88ib,

You might be in luck, I think I have one available (I need to check if I've binned it, but I don't think I have) I'll be back at my place sometime on Sunday so as soon as I've checked I'll let you know.

Cheers
Tim

Many thanks for all the replies and messages.

I found a complete damper bar a couple of days ago.

I am also looking for two of those metal legs, used if possible.

I am now trying to fix the preamp which has one dead channel (verified it's a problem within the preamp) and the vibrato makes a noise on the bass frequency, even when turned off. If I change the vibrato speed the noise go faster or slower, less or more intense depending on the settings.

I am suspecting that the CA1458G is bad, however I am having a hard time finding it. If anyone has one or two for sale, please let me know.

I am also replacing both rc4558p (these I have)

Any help/insight is greatly appreciated.
