Hi guys

If I have a blown poweramp in my suitcase, and the driver transformer is blown as well, is it then safe to assume that my output transistors are gone as well? They arent blackened like the rest of or at least most of the resistors and PCB board...

The transistors going into thermal breakdown are usually the cause of your other components being bbq'd. I am assuming you have the Peterson. Amp. This seems to be a fairly common problem with them as they age.
You can check them with a voltmeter,  but, I  would opt to replace them myself.
