Is it possible to find a rhodes mkii-type lid for a mki rhodes? Are there any manufacturers that make such a thing?

The standard MKII lid has a higher cutout for the pots on the back of the name rail which creates a gap over the MKI name rail when swapped.

There were MKII flat top lids made around 1979 for MKI pianos. I've only seen a handful of these but they come up from time to time on eBay.
