What is this thing? (Czech eBay EP)

I spotted this on eBay, and I'm curious as to what it is.  It doesn't quite look like any of the Weltmeister variants I've seen, though I'd guess it's a similar type of instrument as the case looks too slim for a hammer mechanism.  Any ideas?

Had a look at the larger images and it looks like the metal badge on the bottom right hand corner reads "ZDS Brumov Bylnice," Brumov Bylnice is a Czech town near the border with Slovakia so that doesn't really shed much light!

If you googl klaviphon you should find some info on it.
Appears to be similar to a hohner cembalet in that it plucks metal reeds and uses individual pickups to amplify the sound.
Apparently manufactured by a company named Harmonica Hořovice in the 60's?

Thanks for that.  Hmm, that's an odd sound, very percussive in the high end, almost like a kalimba, mbira or similar.
