Anyone know of a good method to repair the ball end cable stop on wurlitzer pedals?  I have one that's broke and i'm trying to repair it. I'd imagine there are some sort of screw-stop replacements.

Never mind, all I need is solder, torch, wood with a pocket and flux. YouTube videos

Let me know how well that works, I've always doubted that it will hold for very long. I seem to remember using bicycle brake cable parts in the past. (a small metal piece with a hole in it and a screw that tightens against the cable)

I'm with you on that.  This guy says to use Silver solder. Seems like the key is to get a flair at the end so it doesn't just slip off.
