Just bought an 88 and have lots o questions

Hi! I'm new to this board, I started reading some posts  because I was about to buy an 88. Now that I finally have it (got it for what I think are US 350, which is ok I think, this instruments are seldom found for sale here in Chile) I'm pretty happy, but have lots of questions, because I've never ever played one, or even had the opportunity to look one with detail, so I don't know how it should "be".
First, the state of my Rhodes. It's an 88, with the 5-pin amp plug on the left of the front plate (I don't know if it's a suitcase or a stage piano). Some keys are out of tune (no problem - got a tuner, and the springs are in place) and there's this  one key, which I assume has a dead pickup (tapped the magnet with a screwdriver and didn't make a sound).
After my first inspection, my list of adjustsments to be made are:
* General cleaning: Lots of dust, found a crayon inside!
* Tine/Pickup adjustments: some keys sound really loud, some quiet, different tones.
* Fixing the dead pickup: I think that if the coil is broken I may be able to rewind it (I have a little experience winding that kind of stuff).
* Fixing and inspecting the electronics: The Accessory 1 plug is dead.
* Fixing dampers: some dampers are loose, or have fallen.

I wish I can get some advice from the more experienced people here about how to do this (or what's more important, what things I shouldn't do when fixing them), and tips for other things to adjust in order to make this piano sound great.
