Tine non regular oscillation

I have a couple of low tine which oscillate in a non vertical manner (even seems to rotate) and the sound is weaker.
Is this due to fatigue, aka they are dead?

Also in the trebles, I have one tine with few sustain and which seems to produce 2 close notes according to the beating-like sound. There is no interference with the previous or next one, checked that.
Any idea for this one too?

Oscillating tines in low register - common problem.  The low volume comes from the tine oscillating out of the pickup field range.
Vintage Vibe has a "tine stabilizer" that will correct or greatly reduce the problem.  The tines aren't fatigued, that's just how certain ones came out in production.  It's a long, thin piece of metal to try to get perfectly up-and-down.

If you have a shorter sustain in the upper register, this normally means the rubber grommets need to be replaced on the tonebars.  It may not solve the half-step-up pitch issue.  Try that first.
