Adhesive

I need to reattach some of the felt strip between the cover and the keys on a 200 model. What’s the best adhesive for that?  Thanks!

I've used Goop glue, 3M yellow super weatherstrip and gasket adhesive, and even a hot glue gun for small spots. I like the 3M the best.

Thanks!  How about for gluing the faceplate back on?

Yes, the 3M adhesive will bond very strongly.  However, if you need to remove it later, you'll need some heavy-duty solvent, I believe.

Elmer's/white glue is fine for felt, I've been using silicone for the faceplate, after thorough cleaning.
