Wurlitzer 214, all keys ring (press damper pedal)

Hey guys, new to the forum.

I have a Wurlitzer 214.
Whenever I depress the sustain pedal, all of the notes ring out.
This can be heard whether playing or not.

Please help me remedy this.

This will always be there to some effect, but shouldn't be that noticeable. Check your damper regulation (1/32" max  gap between damper arm and felt on damper rail). Yours is probably larger.

I'm really confused by this. When you press the pedal, all notes are supposed to ring out. What is the issue exactly?
